Somethings Cookin' in my KITCHEN today..........

The first thing would be Smore's Bread Pudding, def. not for someone that isn't a FAN of chocolate, but if you are a FAN, then you will LOVE IT....here is the recipe:

sm box cook n serve choc. pudding
3 cups milk
9 sheets of honey grahm crackers
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 cup of mini marshmallows

Crumble the grahm crackers up and put them in a lighty greased baking dish 8x8 or 9x9, then mix the pudding and 3 cups of milk with a wisk for 2 mins. make sure it is incorporated. Pour the milk/pudding mixture over the crumbled grahm crackers evenly and bake for 20 mins. at 350 degress. Pull from oven and add chocolate and marshmallows evenly to the top of the dish and then bake anothe r10 minutes, Remove from oven and cool for 1/2 hour...enjoy warm or cold, make sure to refridgerate after it is cool enough...so good and so CHOCOLATELY :)

Also I will be getting some meat into the crockpot to cook for our fahitas tonight.

and one more thing going on in the kitchen...I am making homemade laundry soap again....I think that it actually does help save money :) SO I will have a huge batch of that melting down here soon too.

Today isn't looking very nice outside :( Looks a little dreary...oh well as long as it does ALL of its RAINING from now until the 16th I DON't CARE :) LOL
